Why do we have alcohol in our product?
Some of our products use alcohol as its main preservative system. Organically preserved products do not use harsher preservatives such as phenoxyethanol, and instead rely on organic ethanol for preservation. The amount of ethanol needed to properly preserve these products can be higher than other preservatives, resulting in a slight alcohol scent.

What is White Label?
White label is the process of purchasing product from a company without a label. This allows you freedom to design the product the way you want.
Can I purchase more than 1/2 gallons?
Yes, we have the option to purchase 1 gallon, 5 gallons then continue in increments of 5. Lead time may vary for larger purchases. Send your order to info@aestheticbackbar.com.
What packaging types do you offer for Private Label?
We have three types of packaging. Aesthetic Back Bar offers, silver, white and amber packaging. Find our packaging types by heading on over to our Private Label Starter Kit.
Can I customize a product?
This is dependent on the product and what ingredients you would like to add or subtract. Customizations can take anywhere from 12 to 24 months. Email us with any questions.
Do you ship out of the US?
At the time, we only ship within the United States. If you are based out of the U.S. you can always use a third party shipping company to take care of your orders.
What is UV Printing?
UV printing is the process of using a UV light to cure the ink directly on the packaging. This provides your label with a seamless finish. This also allows the label to be water resistent. Typically, UV printed labels last the length of the product.
How long until I receive my Private Label Order?
Turnaround time is generally 3-4 weeks.
Can I use natural and organic on my label?
We have ingredients that are organic and vegan, but these products are not 100% organic products. We use products that are natural as they can be to provide a formula with cleaner ingredients for our customers. Our lab also uses ingredients that are sustainable. When advertising I would stray away from just saying organic on the label. Does Aesthetic Back Bar design logos?
We do not have a graphic artist on hand. What we do is take the logo that you send us and enter it into our product templates. We have the option for you to customize layout and fonts that we provide. Can I order white label products (with out any label printing)?
The white label option allows you to buy product without labels. If you have your own labels this is available. Please send inquiry to info@aestheticbackbar.com.
How does the Private Label Start Kit work?
The private label starter kit allows you to choose 5 products of your choice along with the packaging of your choice. This gives you an idea of what your logo will look like on the packaging. This allows you to decide if you would like to make any adjustments before placing a larger purchase.
Does Aesthetic Back Bar create logos?
No, we do not create logos. We do not have a graphic artist on staff. What we do is take the logo you send to us and enter the logo into our template. We allow minor adjustments to these templates such as sizing, fonts and formatting. If you need a logo many of our accounts have used www.fiverr.com and www.99designs.com.
Are Samples free?
We have samples available on our website for a small fee. You can find samples under Trial Sizes/ Samples. This is a good option for someone new to our products. Find which products you like best to narrow down your product selection.
What is the turnaround time for Private Label?
Private label has a 3-4 week turnaround time. We use a UV printer to print directly on the packaging. Prints need time to cure before shipping to ensure best quality.
Are there sizes larger than the 1/2 gallon option?
Yes, there are products that can be purchased in larger sizes. Please send us an inquiry at info@aestheticbackbar.com. Let us know which products you would like and what sizes you would prefer. We will provide a quote.
